500 g fruit salad (fruit to taste)

1 removable bottom mold, n°26

Chantilly:

1 cup of iced milk tea

300 g of cream

1 tea cup of sugar

Caramel syrup:

2 cups of Demerara sugar

1/2 tea cup of water

1/2 cup warm milk cream

Method of preparation:

Place the ice cream and fruit salad in the mold and place it in the freezer. While the mold is in the freezer, place the milk, fresh cream, and sugar in a large bowl and beat for 15 to 20 minutes until it becomes whipped cream. Pour over the ice cream with the fruit salad and place the mold back in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

To make the syrup, put the sugar and water in a pan until it forms a caramel-colored syrup, add the cream, stir, and that's it. Develop the ice cream, pour the syrup over the pie, and serve.
