How to prepare fried kibbeh

                 How to prepare fried kibbeh
 

Ingredients:

 

1 kg of ground meat

1 teacup of chopped onion

1 cup of chopped chives

1 teacup of chopped parsley

1 cup of chopped mint tea

500 g of kibbeh flour (can be replaced with gluten-free breadcrumbs or quinoa)

750 ml of warm water

salt to taste

 

Method of preparation:

First, start hydrating the kibbeh flour. Add the water and the kibbeh flour, stir, cover, and let it rest for 6 to 8 hours. After resting, check if there is water; if you have it, drain it and start assembling the kibbeh. Then,  in another bowl, add the ground meat, the onion, the chives, the parsley, the mint, and the salt. Mix everything very well. Add the kibbeh flour and mix with your hands.
















Tip: You can use the seasoning to your liking; if you want to add garlic or not add any ingredients, it's up to you.
