Apple of love without coloring

Ingredients:


8 apples

8 wooden toothpick

3 cups Demerara sugar

250 mL of beetroot juice

1 spoon of apple cider vinegar


 

Method of preparation:


Insert the popsicle sticks into the apples. Then, in a pan, put the sugar, the beetroot juice, and the apple cider vinegar, and let it boil without stirring for 20 to 30 minutes or until it pulls thin. Test it with a spoon, dip it in the syrup, and let it drain if it drips. If it's ready, pass the apple in the syrup and place it in a greased mold with oil or butter, then take it to the fridge or let it cool, put it in a bag, and close it. It is the same as with dye.
